At Marie Claire Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn shoes back into their original Marie Claire branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
